This credit guide contains important information about the credit assistance we provide and your rights as a borrower.
Toro Finance Group (ABN 59 673 013 646) is a mortgage broking and lending business helping clients across Sydney and NSW. Tory Pizzolato, principal of Toro Finance Group, conducts the credit activities of the business as Credit Representative 554728 and is authorised under Australian Credit Licence Number 389328, held by an external licensee. You can verify these details through the public registers of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
We provide credit assistance for residential home loans (purchase, refinance, top up, construction and restructuring), commercial lending, and lending for property held within a self-managed super fund. We compare loans across a panel of Australian lenders — enabled by our aggregation through Connective — and help you apply for and manage the loan you choose. We do not provide financial advice about investments, superannuation or taxation.
Lenders generally pay us a commission when a loan we arrange for you settles, and may pay a smaller ongoing commission while your loan remains with them. Before we provide credit assistance, we will give you a quote setting out any commissions we may receive and details of how they are calculated. Our conversations and your annual home loan review are free; if any fee were ever payable by you, we would tell you what it is and get your agreement in writing before charging it.
